Desde tejidos, hasta corsets, accesorios y alformbras; gracias al auge de las redes sociales, múltiples emprendimientos lograron crear una fuerte impronta y salir adelante, incluso en época de pandemia. En el post de hoy, les compartiré algunos de los emprendimientos argentinos que he descubierto en los últimos años y se han convertido en favoritos.
I see fashion as something I can play with; I love mixing different styles, silhouettes, textures, etc., and I don’t really identify with one specific style. I see my style as a changing thing, it’s constantly evolving and I wear what I want to. Another thing I love doing is mixing “feminine” and “masculine” pieces but, does clothing have a gender? I think not. Why do we classify them as feminine or masculine? What makes them be that way?
Veo la moda como algo con lo que puedo jugar; Me encanta mezclar diferentes estilos, siluetas, texturas, etc., y realmente no me identifico con un estilo específico. Veo mi estilo como algo cambiante, está en constante evolución y llevo lo que quiero. Otra cosa que me encanta hacer es mezclar piezas “femeninas” y “masculinas”, pero, ¿la ropa tiene un género? Yo creo que no. ¿Por qué clasificamos las prendas como femeninas o masculinas? ¿Qué las hace ser así?

The ugly dad sneaker or ugly shoe trend is all the rage this season: you can see them everywhere and you can pair them with everything as well, and I’m really into it. Some of them are old goodies that made a huge comeback; while others, are new presented by designer brands, and fast fashion retailers quickly started to sell their own versions as well. Yo nunca festejé el día de San Valentín, pero este año, decidí celebrar el amor propio, ya que el aceptarse a uno mismo y quererse, es de las cosas más importantes.
Empezó el mes en el que se viene la primavera y ya podemos encontrar muchas de las tendencias que se van a ver en esta temporada. Estampados a rayas, floreados, vichy y hojas de palmera, así como también, colores vivos, metalizados, transparencias, bordados, encajes, denim, volados, corsets y mangas acampanadas, son algunas de las cosas que serán furor.
Ya estamos finalizando el mes de abril y la verdad que estoy muy sorprendida, ¡el año se está pasando volando! Yo, por mi parte, estoy muy emocionada por el mes de mayo porque voy a ir al concierto de mi artista favorito, Ed Sheeran; así como también espero comenzar una nueva etapa en mi vida, de la cual pueda disfrutar al máximo.
April is ending and I’m actually pretty surprised, the year is going by so fast! I’m quite excited for May because I’m seeing my favorite artist on concert, Ed Sheeran and also, I hope I can start a new chapter in my life, one that I can enjoy to the fullest.
